1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories are intact and included.

  • The product is in the same condition as it was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Clearance or final sale items


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@maazmann.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship the Product – Send the product back using a trackable shipping method.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product arrived damaged.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund, depending on your preference.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the exchange is due to our mistake.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated time:
